What makes a great neighborhood?
River Terrace 2.0 is the exciting first step of many to plan two urban reserve areas. This project will set goals and priorities to help guide later planning.
This new neighborhood will have more than 500 acres to the west and south of the current River Terrace along Roy Rogers Rd. and Beef Bend Rd. It will feature housing options for individuals and families of all sizes, ages, and incomes. It will also have new roads, parks and open spaces, and commercial areas.
Planning a neighborhood for everyone is a big task, so we want to hear from you! We’re committed to reaching community members of all backgrounds and lived experiences, including those who are differently-abled or who speak other languages. Let us know how we can accommodate you.

River Terrace 2.0 es el primer paso emocionante de muchos para planificar dos áreas de reserva urbana. Este proyecto establecerá metas y prioridades para ayudar a guiar la planificación más tarde.
Esta nueva vecindad tendrá más de 500 acres al oeste y sur del actual River Terrace a lo largo de las calles Roy Rogers Rd. y Beef Bend Rd. Contará con opciones de vivienda para individuos y familias de todos los tamaños, edades e ingresos. También contará con nuevas carreteras, parques y espacios abiertos, y áreas comerciales.
