Current board members should submit this form if:

• Their term is ending and they would like to be considered for reappointment*
• They would like to be considered for a different position within their board (such as moving from alternate to voting)
• Interested in moving to a different board/committee

*Please note - reappointments are not guaranteed and members will be asked to go through the interview process. Some board bylaws limit the number of times an individual can be reappointed, review your bylaws and check with your team liaison before reapplying.
